Please read these terms and conditions carefully, because by accessing this website, you agree to follow and be bond by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not access or use this website.
- Please confirm the following terms when you are placing an order at theauthenticoutlet.com
1. Please do not create an account from this website or submit your information to us if you are under age of 16.
2. You need to make sure that your shipping address you provided is true, accurate, and complete information for your order(s). Please remember that theauthenticoutlet.com does not have any duty for inaccurate information you provided. We also cannot ship to a PO Box, if a PO Box is submitted your order may be delayed.
- As soon as you place an order from our website, an electronic version invoice containing basic order details will be sent to you through email to your email address. If you receive the order confirmation email, it means that we accept your order and product(s) you ordered will be processed afterwards. You would also be informed within 5 business days if any item you ordered is unavailable or on back order. Please note that if an item is on back order, it is only an additional 5 business day wait, before item is shipped to you. However, you will be notified via email or phone if your item requires an additional 5 business days, prior to shipping. (back order) All items ordered, (provided not on back order) are shipped within 5~ business days or sooner, after order is received. If you place an order on a weekend or holiday your order will be processed and shipped the following business day. A typical order takes about 5-14 business days for you to receive.
Payment Method and Security
- 1. We accept payment by all major credit cards and debit cards.
2. Theauthenticoutlet.com will not store any of your payment information. Your payment will be authorized on a secured third party page.
3. Please don’t send your payment information by email because we can not guarantee the security of your data under this circumstance.
- 4. For established clients only, we do offer layaway. Please contact our business office for more information. Once you email our business office, please include your full name, shipping address along with the item number you are purchasing. We will draft your layaway invoice and email it to you. ALL layaway orders must be paid in full within 6 months or a written extension requested. Extensions are not guaranteed, but usually are approved. We make ALL efforts to work with you. Your satisfaction is always our priority.
- Due to varying item availability, multiple items in a single order may be shipped separately. Each individual shipment may have a separate charge, but the total shipping charges for all shipment should not exceed the applicable flat-rate shipping charge for the entire order. Each shipment will have its own tracking number and can be tracked with tracking number. Please send us a email along with your order number that we will offer you along the tracking number after we ship out your parcel, should you have questions.1. Please note that theauthenticoutlet.com can not guarantee the specific shipping dates. It all depends on the products you order and the specific shipping destination. Please allow for no more than 7~14 business days for delivery of your orders. Please contact customer service to track the order status after your order is placed and you have waited a minimum of 7 ~ 14 business days.
2. Theauthenticoutlet.com does not take any liability if your ordered products are lost in delivery because your shipping information provided was incorrect or your item was lost during shipment.
- 1. Customer service from theauthenticoutlet.com spare no effort that all goods displayed on site are available or information of the items advertised is accurate.
2. Please allow the little difference between the pictures shown online and the items you received due to different perspectives, such as lighting factors when taking photos. Colors may vary according to lighting conditions.
- 1. You should contact theauthenticoutlet.com within 24 hours after you have placed your order if you insist to change or cancel your order, because we will proceed and transfer your order for processing and shipping within this time frame.
2. If the delivery has already been arranged, the customer shall apply for return on your own cost and refund after we receive the order with tags and original wrappings, dust bag, box and ALL paperwork. We do charge a $35.00 restocking fee and cancellation fee. Please be certain of your purchase before you proceed to checkout.
Return and Refund
- 1. You may need to check your products immediately after you receive your order. This is to help you to confirm the responsibility without any delay if a product is defective or damage is found.
2. You need to return for a exchange in the same condition received if damage or defective is our fault. Under this circumstance, please contact us and return within 1 days.
3. Before you return any products, please make sure they are in original condition and all included accessories should be returned together.
4.Please contact our customer service for your return. theauthenticoutlet.com does not take liability if you return your items without intercourse.
5.You are liable for the compensation of the damage if such damage of the goods was caused by your fault.
Governing Law and Judiciary
- The Terms and Conditions above shall be in accordance with the law and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court.
