How To Purchase
Thank you for your interest in our products. Due to the high demand of our products, we currently have extremely limited supplies. Sometimes we have a large quantity of a particular product and sometimes we have a supply of one or two, it simply depends on the special buy of each item. Our inventory you will see rotates daily. To purchase please place the items in your shopping cart and check out, you will NOT be given the option to proceed with payment until we are able to verify the availability of the items. Once your order is received we will review the order, and notify you if your items are available. If your items are available we will send an invoice for payment and schedule delivery. Also please note ~ we reserve the right to request a valid photo identification for all orders, this is to simply verify card security.
When Will My Order Ship
Once your order is placed it is shipped normally within 5~ 7 business days, with exception to special orders. We do NOT ship on holidays or weekends. Please WAIT for your tracking number to be emailed to you. When your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with your shipping details. Please note Authentic Outlet, LLC is NOT responsible for LOST or STOLEN packages once it ships. When you receive your tracking information it is your responsibility to make sure you are home to receive your package or you have left instructions at your residence with drop off instructions. Also, please note that once your package ships we do NOT allow carrier package interception or delivery changes, this is for your protection as the consumer.
Quality Of Products
All of our products listed as Original, are Guaranteed to be 100% ORIGINAL Authentic, made of ALL ORIGINAL materials and craftsmanship. ALL products have date codes and come in there ORIGINAL perspective packaging. Please do NOT contact our office and ask to receive images of the date codes, our bonding company does not permit this, as the codes are protected due to fraud manipulation or unauthorized reproductions.
Every item we sell has undergone a thorough control check to meet the highest standards of excellence, has guaranteed the authenticity and condition of every item sold so that customers can purchase products with complete confidence.
We are able to provide the products at outlet prices because of our consignment contracts with our clients, vendors and resale, local retail stores and partnering online retail sites. We do accept resale items in mint condition, at our retail locations and via secured insured shipping. If you are interested in a product estimate please email our office at email@example.com. You will need to include detail pictures of your products, original receipts, authentication certificates and cards. We will give you a fair estimated offer to purchase within 48 hours. We do NOT offer additional discounts, from time to time we will offer coupon codes, via email. The time the codes are valid will also be included in the email.

When Should I Expect My Order
theauthenticoutlet.com ships orders using UPS ~ Fed-Ex ~ USPS ~DHL ~ EPacket ~ EMS depending on the state you reside in shipping time is between 7~ 14 business days. Our processing offices are located in NC. We ship nationally and internationally. Please note we are not responsible for any fees associated with product entry to your country.

Please note, we take Credit Card Fraud EXTREMELY serious. We reserve the right to cancel ANY suspicious order. We have internal and external systems in place that we use to verify EACH order we receive. We also reserve the right to limit your transaction amount, until you have established a buying relationship with our company. We DO PROSECUTE ALL CREDIT CARD FRAUD! We simply do NOT write it off, we contact your governing local authorities and prosecute accordingly. If we feel a order is credit card fraud we will cancel the order, which immediately releases funds back to the credit card used, and we notify your local authorities.

Exchange or Refund
If you receive your order and are not satisfied and would like to exchange, please notify our office at any of the above mentioned ways. Do NOT remove the tags or wrappings from the handbag, place it back in the dust bag and box that it was received in, use the label on your packaging and simply return it back to us.. Once we receive your return, our office will promptly exchange or refund your purchase. Please note if you are not satisfied and would like an exchange you must notify our office within 24 hours of delivery. We only allow ONE exchange per sale. Our store does NOT issue return labels or reimburse for returns, we only provide FREE shipping, sending the order to you. Also, when you return your purchase please include the name used to order, please write a brief note as to why you would like to exchange or refund and the exact product your interested in exchanging for. Please note we will not accept a used item, all contents must be returned exactly as received. If not we will immediately return your package back. We do charge a $35.00 restocking fee for each exchange or refund.

If we call and your not available we will leave a message then followed by an email. It is your responsibility to contact our business office immediately.
